Kriya Yoga is a mystic gem handed down through the ages by a lineage of awakened masters dedicated to the enlightenment of humankind.

Kriya is a direct path of self-realization, a dance with stillness, and a portal to the Divine.

It is a practice of indescribable depth that gives us power over our own natural evolutionary rhythms so that we can retrace our steps back into the Infinite.

When I had the blessing of receiving this gem, it quickly became the foundation of my spiritual evolution, just as it has been the vessel for the self-realization of countless sages.

Now it is time to share this gift with the world, a world that is in dire need of practices that promote true peace.

A Sustainable Path to Self-Realization

Kriya helps us break through to deeper levels of the spiritual path

In our fast-paced, globalized society, spirituality is all too often commodified, and in our desire for instant gratification and peak-highs we lose sight of the true depth and purpose of the spiritual path.

Practicing Kriya is all about creating a sustainable and consistent daily practice through which we can gradually clarify our consciousness until only pure awareness remains. In this immersion of limitless depths, we come to discover infinite beauty, bliss, sweetness, and peace that transcends time and space.

Kriya Yoga is your inner refuge, a container for your most intimate unraveling, a pathway to awaken your true nature and discover the bliss of your soul.

Kriya is a potent evolutionary technology that zeroes in on the natural process of spiritual awakening and accelerates it directly, one that equally serves the path of transcendence and the path of embodiment.

It also helps strengthen our basic functioning by building our digestive fire, giving us energy, reducing fatigue, charging our creative and sexual force, promoting healthy sleep, energizing the brain and intellect, and is deeply restorative and nourishing.

FAQ

Can I practice Kriya if I am part of an organized religion or spiritual path?

Yes, Kriya is free of dogma and works directly with your natural evolutionary force regardless of your spiritual orientation.

Is Kriya right for me?

If discovering eternal bliss, beauty, and an irrevocable sense of peace within sounds good to you, then yes! Kriya is for anybody who is ready to step into a deeper level of their spiritual path. Because Kriya activates our life-force, it will serve to energize anything we apply our energy to in life whether spiritual, creative, intellectual, or work-oriented.

Can Kriya give me enlightenment?

The whole purpose of Kriya is to awaken our spiritual-life force and prepare us for remembrance of our true nature, or enlightenment. So yes, it is certainly a potent tool in the journey of awakening, one that if practiced with sincerity can see us through into the experience of self-realization. But a technique won’t ever actually give enlightenment, only prepare us for it. Because enlightenment is beyond concept, the process of awakening through Kriya is something I explore in the course material.

Can Kriya be mixed with other practices?

Yes, Kriya will add fuel and inspiration to whatever other practices you are involved in. Kriya is meant to be a solid foundational practice, but is easily integrated with other modalities.

Are you my guru if I take this course?

I am not taking on the role of Guru. I am simply a reflection of your own inner guru and a link to the masters of the lineage.

How is Kriya different from other breath courses?

Kriya is a path of self-realization carried on by a lineage of awakened masters. It is an esoteric practice of immense potency that is only now, after thousands of years, being shared with the public. While it may have some similar elements as other breath practices, the system of Kriya captures the essence of the yoga path and is in itself enough to lead us back into our true nature. Whereas many breath practices are good for short term fixes, Kriya successively moves us into deeper layers of our consciousness on a daily basis. It is potent, effective, and meant to be a sustainable, long-term practice that builds gradually from short 20 minute sessions into deep, limitless immersions beyond all experiences of time and space.

Is Kriya Yoga safe?

Kriya is safe, but it is also quite powerful, and as with any powerful force in life, we must approach it with respect and caution. In this course I make it a point to outline all of the ways we can ensure our practice remains healthy and safe, while also illuminating potential pitfalls.

Can I practice Kriya if I am pregnant?

Because Kriya moves energy in the central channel and withdraws it from the functions of the body, it is possible that it draws energy away from where it is needed most, something to be cautious about during such a sensitive and tender process. But because Kriya does aid all evolutionary processes, there is a potential for it to have a positive effect on your pregnancy. A healthy balance may be to do very gentle and soft Kriyas, and focus more on the Omkar technique. Ultimately you must tune into your own intuition and follow your instincts to answer this question.
